Perfectly normal, I had it all of the time. Cramping means you are releasing eggs. If the pain is severe, see a doctor to rule out any problems you might be having and not realize it.

Yes, ovulation pain happens to quite a lot of women so don't worry, it's great that you are ovulating as sometimes being on the Pill means it takes a while before you ovulate naturally again (varies a lot from woman to woman though)........so it's perfectly normal. Some women feel nothing but others it can be really painful actually, just depends on the person....if you think it's very painful get the Dr to check it out but if it's mild like period pain or a small sharp pain it's simply the egg releasing, don't worry :)

Yes, very normal, although a lot of women don't have it. It is a good sign that you are ovulating.
