Oh please people stop with all the crap about how Butler needs to win the championship to get respect. Stop crying about the call at the end of the Maryland game, that was the call that was made and it was a good call. The reason I asked this question is because Butler seems to get used a lot for reasons team stink. I have read on here that IU sucked because they lost to Butler, Purdue sucked because they lost to Butler, and ND sucked because they lost to Butler. I am just wondering how this team became the tourneys whipping boy.

i have em beating florida in most of my brackets. they're a pretty good team.

Where is the outrage that they called a charge on Strawberry when it was obvious the Butler player was not set and on top of that was under the basket were it is a no call!
Maryland got hosed!!

Why do players and fans cry about "getting respect" so much? You want respect?? Then shut up and win the whole NCAA tournament...if you dont, then you didnt earn respect....No one is gonna start respecting Butler until they win it, or maybe if they get in the final. Butler got to the sweet 16, congrats!...so did 15 other teams, whoo hooo!

Screw Butler. What was that offensive foul call at the end of the Maryland game? That was total BS. That game was stolen from Maryland

it's as if it turned midnight and their slipper fell off. they had a great season and got some good press. something to build on in the future. there is no way that they will even come close to beating florida. it's not that florida can't be beat but that only memphis, kansas, or north carolina have legitimate chances to do this. face the facts: this is the end of the road!

I don't think butler has a chance to win a title or make it to the final four but i do think they're gonna steamroll over Florida to the elite eight.

for who the school or jamar butler from ohio state well first that college is only good every ten years and jamar butler is respected
