WE CORRUPTED INDIA.

We have to blame ourselves.

Show me a person who ,in his life , one time or other , has not been in the giving side of bribe.?

Because, the social situation, present rules and regulations,
the erosion of civic sense , became so and a father standing at cross roads to admit his son , needs a certificate from some revenue or some other authorities. There is not much time, the college rules say it has to be produced. There is no time to think even,so the father approaches a middle man who manages things for some amount,Whom to blame? If the certificate is not produced the son loses one year, and may be depressed.
We want a Vivekanand a to be born again,A sankarachaya again,a Gandhi to be born again...but ironically not in our house but in some others' house.Such is the mentality.
Our politicians who get elected spending lots of money want their investment back early plus some thing for next election. So their concerns are Transfers of some higher officers ( who approach for retention), tenders, real estate business etc.Who cares the state?
Negative vote? What for it is?Will that solve the problem, no not at all.

You can see the Histoy of candidates.Mostly all are of same chip.Suppose there are 100,000 electorate with 6 candidates in field.
60000 votes are polled,say.
Suppose 5 candidates get 9000 votes each.
45000 votes have gone.
15000 the 6th one gets and getd officially elected as THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THAT CONSTITUENCY.
he represents 15000 persons out of 100,000=15% of the constituency. In other words HE DOES NOT REPRESENT 85 % .So tell me whether he is representing the constituency?

Reforms of so many types shall have to come.Moral education shall be included in syllabus.
A minimum education limit shall be put as mandatory for standing in an election.
A minimum percentage of votes shall be marked for a mark of representation.
Money power and Muscle power involvement shall be reduced.
So thee is so much to be done .Let us all think and STRAT DOING IT .
Gradually the scene will change,
Let us hope that day comes.

Nexus among the politicians, bureaucrats and the contractors combined with so called religious babas is the root cause of corruption. Here nobody cares for poor but everyone is exploiting the poor.
Ordinary persons immediately cannot do wonders. However they can organise and protest against the system.
No.
Yes, if a great deal of efforts at grass root level is made with care that the efforts are not wasted by the unholy nexus.
The poor himself and nobody else will watch the interest of poor.

Yes... We are to blame..
If one Indian gets things done paying bribe, everyone wants to do it..

But dont ignore the following:

Children of today are more sensible and caring than the "children of free India - born during 1945 to 1980". If you see children now a days are bolder, boys treat girls with respect, girls have more opportunities to study, dowry system is reducing, the number of children per couple is down to one or two

Also: There is increased exposure to our political system in the world, our politicians are now answerable to a greater and wider audience.

--The great public support to the Tsunami is a reflection that common man will not sit tight lipped and just watch the bad performance of the Govt.
--Indians living out of the country want to invest in education and help the poor

Indian politicians cannot hide their crimes, black money forever
There is still hope

Scarcities and needs enhance corruption. But naturally power is to blame for corruption because power can suppress any thing even corruption. Who can stand against power? Poor can beg, claim, shout or be violent. Good hearted poor commit suicide thinking that they are excessive in this world. Population control of poor and good characters in power are the two realities only to over come this problem. Poor as well as power both needed to be encouraged by genuine personalities in the interest of nation and humanity especially by spiritual leaders.

poor amd villages are only concern of govt and politicians in the season of election not before amnd after that
