right click on the photo and click save picture

Just right click. In the quick menu, save picture as option will appear.
give a name and save.

or highlight the picture, press ctrl+C, then open a file and press ctrl+V. then give a name and save the file.

I don't think you can download from imdb.com, well you can but the picture don't open on your computer.
