My best friend or so i thought knows that i am a little down and depressed because my b/f is in missouri for school(he's in the marines) She is single and she wanted me to go to a bar with her the other night cause she wanted to meet up with some guys i told her i didn't want to she told me that my b/f was probably cheating on me cause we haven't talked. she knew i was already a little upset that him and i hadn't talked in a while so what she said really hurt. She told me that she knew he was cheating on me from day one. Which i don't think he is cause the time that him and i spend together he really didn't have time to cheat. Why is she telling me this?

Tell her to mind her own business, worry about her own life, and drop her. She's no friend if she can't respect your feelings for your boyfriend.
Also, just in case he is cheating, take a trip to Missouri but don't tell him about it. Show up and surprise him. If he acts weird or gets upset, he's cheating. (I'm not saying he IS, I'm saying JUST IN CASE!)

Possible reasons why she said it:
1. she hates your boyfriend
2. she hates that you have a boyfriend/jealous
3. she gets sick of hearing about him
4. she wants you to find someone new with her
5. she knows he cheated
Don't assume just because you spent tons of time together he didn't cheat. Plenty of married couples who live together and spend massive amounts of time with each other find time to cheat. You have a distorted view of him- because you love him... i was seriously listen to your friend in this situation-- i think she is being a better friend than you think and letting you know what has really been going on..

maybe she didn't know that it would hurt you that much and she just wanted to go out and meet someone herself don't take no notice of her she is just doing it to get you annoyed. If he loved you he wouldn't be cheating on you and you might of not talked because his phone is dead or something like that!!
