I have taken these tests. They are timed and it will depend on how many people are there to take it. When I went it was about 2 1/2 hours and there were about 50 people. The tests are a lot of memorization. An example would be giving you addresses that are similar-like 5319 Morningstar Dr. - 5391 Morning Dr. 5319 Morning Dr. and so on. You need to memorize these and then after so many minutes (which they give to memorize) that part of the test begins. It is multiple choice. There are forms to fill in when you get there....so it isn't really 3-6 hours of straight testing. Good luck!

They used to be government -
5.5 hrs waiting , .5 hr interview .
