I started my last period on Feb.13 my cycle is always 30 days. My husband and I had sex somewhere around the time I ovulated but I don't remember exactly when. By Mar. 10 my breast were extremely sore, they always get tender around when my period is going to start, but this time they were really bad and my nipples were the worst. They were so swollen and they looked darker in color. I also had a very light bleeding, I thought this was implantation bleeding. I took a pregnancy test the next day and it was negative. I waited a couple more days it still said negative. Then on the day after I missed my period it still said negative. Finally at about 3 days late I had a positive test although the line was very faint, then another positive the next day. Now I'm 6 days late and I started bleeding very lightly and my breasts aren't as tender anymore. I'm scared and I don't want to miscarry. I don't have any cramping or anything, is this normal? I have a dr.'s app. later but I want to see now.

sweetie it might be, stay off from your feet and rest and let the Dr check you out.But any time you lose the symptoms of pregnancy and bleed it could be an impending miscarriage, i wish you the best good luck

I'm sorry to hear this unfortunately we cannot tell you whether it's a miscarriage or not, however if you got a positive even if the line was faint it is still a positive and your pregnant it is very rare to get a false positive though it is possible, have you tried taking another one?
From the symptoms you described it might suond like a ossible miscarriage but you really need to see your doctor if your really worried about it go to the ER and have them do some tests..
I have had 5 miscarriages, my first one ever i was 3 month and still didn't even know i was pregnant because i was very irregular, I had very soar breasts, and fatigue that was about it..I finally started bleeding and just thought it was my period however a week and still bleeding ( not light spotting, looked like my usual period? I started getting extremely painful cramps and pains throughout my whole stomach and lower back so i went to the doctor and the did a urine test which was negative but then did a blood test which came out positive, that's when they diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage...They told me to go home rest and stay off my feet so i did just that...well two months later i lost the baby which made me 5 months pregnant..
When you miscarry that is your body telling you that something was wrong with the baby and it wasn't healthy, their is no way to stop a miscarriage.
So if your bleeding gets heavier and darker and you experience pains along with these go to the ER immediately..
Good luck to you

hard to say, but I know what you're going through. Not knowing is the worse. You could be pregnant, and maybe your breasts are just used to the hormones. Or, you could have miscarried. They can do a blood test that tests the hormones specifically, then retest it in a week or so to see if it's up or down. Bleeding can be OK, as long as it's not to much. Bleeding with cramping is usually not as good for keeping a pregnancy. An ultrasound may not show much, since you are so early. If you start to bleed more than a pad an hour, have alot of clots, pass any tissue, those are some danger signs. good luck, I know it's frustrating. Went through the same thing myself, and now she's 20! don't want to give you false hope, glad you have a docx appt.

It could be a miscarriage...but NOT necesarily. It is good that you have a doc. apt. today. Do not stress too much about it that would make the pregnancy harder on your body. IF you do miscarry it is not your fault, it just means that the baby was not developing right, also you found out you were pregnant very early, if you had not tested and you do miscarry you would have just thought you started your period late...if you do miscarry just wait to take a test later next time. But I would not start worrying too too much right now, some women bleed all through their pregnancies. Just de-stress, drink some tea and relax untill your apointment later.
Keep us updated after your apt. and let us know what happend!
Good Luck and remember everything happens for a reason.

Sorry, I know that you really want an answer right now, but it could be implantation bleeding or a miscarriage. Some women also bleed during pregnancy. There is no way to know for sure without seeing your doctor. Good Luck!

Don't wait, call your doctor and insist on being seen immediately. You know your body and if you feel something might be wrong then find out now.

Call your doctor. In my experience most have nurses that you can talk to right away.
