How can i download mugen characters?

i was watching a video on youtube and told me 2 go 2 this website it was http://forum.mgbr.net/lofiversion/index.php/f25.html it takes u 2 all these mugen characters and he clicks on this thing called ranma and he says click this thing and i have no idea where he clicked im tryng 2 get gokuaf and i clicked gokuaf and dont know where 2 click so sum 1 plz give me a step-by-step tutorial or something

you need to go to the site then the link would be download ranma or something i think then you will be on a hosting site then
then down type the letters then click download finished cool right. or go to www.mugen-infantry.net
