I do not know of a sight,but I vote NO on cutting it...ALL the guys I know love long hair on girls,shorter hair is more limited to styles,and the bible says it is a SHAME unto a woman to cut her hair because a womans glory is her hair.
A lil' trim to take off the split ends is ok.....but short hair on grls is just NOT sexy at all.....its as bad as a chick smoking....YUCK !.
