Same way you do on every vehicle, take the negative lead off the battery for 10 mins. That will reset everything. Providing you have corrected the problem.

Do NOT remove battery cables. All that will do is make your radio lose its preset stations and your clock to be off. Sometimes it will mess up your security settings so that your vehicle won't start. Even if the light does happen to go off, if the problem that turned it on to begin with still exists (likely) it will come back on.
To reset the check engine light....
Scan the vehicle for trouble codes. Repair whatever system put the code into the computer. Then choose "clear" or "reset" from the main menu to reset the light, depending on which scanner you have. Test drive. If the light comes back on, repeat as needed until it no longer comes on.

An advantage of the CarChipE/X is that it can be used to reset a "check engine" light and to read diagnostic codes. (The numeric codes can be translated with information available online.) These features can help users make a more informed decision as to when an immediate trip to the mechanic is necessary. Tipped off by the OBDII data, mechanically inclined owners may even be able to perform some necessary repairs with further investigation.

Have you ran a test on your engine?? It could be one of your sensors, as in the emission control area or it could be a wiring problem. You can't reset it. Not an option.
