Their for a while I had severe menstrual problems, I didn't have a period for 1 1/2 years being only 20 years old. I had everything checked out bunches of blood tests and all the perfect " so my doctor said." She gave me a progesterone challenge 10mg for 7 days to see if it would induce a period and it worked, well she suggested i start taking a natural progesterone cream for 10 days starting the 15th day of my cycle, well day 3 of taking the cream i started my period again, that cycle was 27 days long..Well i thought i found a solution but i was suppose to start my period a week ago and it never came. My husband and i have had unprotected sex quite a bit throughout that cycle but i don't really suspect pregnancy because i do not have any symptoms at all, breast are a tiny bit tender but that it is, usually i don't even get soar bb's befor my period..Anybody ever experienced this and found the problem???What do you think it could be, just your opinion..thanks so much guys!

Go to the doctor. I had this problem, sonogram showed it to be multiple tiny cysts on my ovaries, toughing the outer flesh so that an egg could not release. I was given a progesterone shot, and 3 days later my period started. My doc put my on birth control for 1 year. The cysts subsided and after 1 year of birth control, my cycle was back in full swing without aid.

I'd go ahead and talk to the doctor about a blood test. You could be pregnant, but it sounds like you might need some medical help with it if you are. It may be that the cream was not the solution to your irregular periods, though.
I haven't personally had the problem, but I've known women who did, and they all required more testing to figure out what was going on.

hmmm... well I have never personally expereinced this. But I would say call your doctor. Either your progesterone treatment is not working...or...it worked very well and you ovulated and are now pregnant! Either way I think a call to the Doctor would put your mind at ease!

Take a pregnancy test - Sounds likely. I get sore Breasts before my period but not always. If your due date has come and gone I would take a test. Good Luck!
