he said on the fobr journal that he wasn't dating anyone
it said:
"From a photoshoot in santa monica: I usually try not to pay too much attention to what is being said on the internet, but after being told 50 million different times about who I am dating. I want to set the record straight. I am not dating anyone or having a secret affair or sneaking off in clubs. Don't believe everything you read. if I slept with everyone I stood next to I wouldn't have the time to read internet gossip. Back to whatever you were doing, I am sure it is more worthwhile."

Its been heard that he was dating Ashlee Simpson... But not anymore and now they say its Lindsay Lohan. But they are not sure of it...
