how do u know when u have a miss carriage?

Last august i had miscarriage at week 11 1/2 . At that time i had blood spotting i go to doctor she said just take a rest, take it easy. All night long no blood spotting but when i wake up in the morning i feel cramp, and i find a blood cloth, after that start heavy bleeding and feel pain because of cramping. I go to ER doctor said i need to had d/c because bleeding to much he cant save the baby.Most miscarriages occur during the first trimester. However,there are plenty of women who have bleeding during early pregnancy who do not end up having a miscarriage.

this depends if your symptoms lighten and yuo don't get morning sickness that much, its worth looking into.i would google the ''miss carriage symptoms'' on google.You could call a doctor, make an appointment.

well sweetie some women have one that did not even know they are pregnant.But if a test showed positive and then you begin to bleed like a period(passing more clots and tissue then normally though) that's a pretty good sign there good luck and best wishes
