I am not a liberal, however I do believe anyone has the right in this country to protest peacefully. That is what our fighting boys and girls are protecting at this time around the world.
What you need to do is develop a support demonstration and if you can get the silent majority to show up you might has enough to offset those who are complaining. The only problem with that is that it would not get the same coverage that the anti war protesters as the liberal press will show them first and last.
I just believe that any one has the right to protest. Do I like the anti war protest during a time of war? No but they do have the right to do so.

Although I think we feel about the same about the liberal movement and it's benefits (or lack of) to our country I think that your solution amounts to the same as Hitlers solution. I am a Conservative and I think that the people who give comfort to our enemies are wrong and in some cases should be imprisoned but just because some one doesn't agree with the president or the religion of the president it doesn't mean they are criminal or for that matter even wrong. Forcing religion in school is total BS and I am a Christian. If the school wants to teach religion then teach all of the religions but don't force one view. The current school system is force feeding students that it is OK to be gay and that global warming is fact when it is still being disputed in the scientific community. Brain washing the young is bad and that is how the terrorist of Islam are created.

No of course not. I would however like to see it publicized just why the folks that are protesting are doing so. I have not spoken to one soldier or family member of a soldier who has anything to do with Iraq or Afghanistan that protests the "war". The ones I have spoken to all applaud the efforts of the US and are very proud of their sons, daughters, fathers, mothers and cousins for serving.
I think that the folks that are protesting are young folks that are wetting their drawers in fear of a draft. My God, can you imagine not being able to lay in bed at mommas house until noon and then get up and hang around with your friends and play video games? Now that is something to protest. Ether that or they are folks that just want to see the government fail even worse; the second ones should be sent packing, the first group of slackers should be pitied.

Y0u sir, sound like you are cut from the same cloth as those in the TALIBAN
This is America----if you do not like a country where people are free to voice there opinion, I suggest that you join the Taliban or Al Queda
Where do you get such ideas. I believe a key can be found in the following:
Hermann Goering, Hitler’s Propaganda Minister said; “Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger”.
So you are calling the pacifists unpatriotic. Hmmm sounds like ol' Herr Goering might have been right.

If there were no such thing as LIBERAL in this country our country would not be in the poor shape it is today. I won't speak of whether or not liberals do or do not have cristian values, but I can say that their agendas and the things they stand for are what is ruining america. The word that comes to mind when someone says liberals to me is LOUDMOUTH! These are the people who constantly complain, but don't have any idea how they would fix what they are complaining about. These are the people who want equal rights for all, but in reality that is just not possible. These are the people who say it's O.K. to have abortion clinics. These are the people who say it's great to be gay- be open about it, flaunt it, show your gay pride!. These are the people who say boo to traditional family values. Where a husband and wife hold down jobs, raise kids, join the PTA, and attend church every sunday. I don't attend church, but I try my hardest everyday to help my kids to grow up being responsible, respectful people, who will go out into the traditional world and become successful adults. Right now I'm afraid the liberals have this country so screwed up that I'm afraid what my kids will find when they get out into that world. Liberals do however have a constitutional right to disagree with GB's policies as do me and you. I don't have to agree with everything he does to be a patriotic american. Kids need to grow up with traditional families and be taught good values, GOD in the schools isn't the answer. Just ask kids who have attended Catholic school. Sorry, but you don't compain about a war after it's over. We have the right to disagree, people should just learn to disagree with respect. The liberals have made it this far and unfortunately they ain't going anywhere, so just sit back, hang on tight, and PRAY!

Sure, then while we are at it lets just do away with the Constitution and arrest anyone who protests the government, or expresses their opinion. Let us just live in a totalitarian regime society like Orwell's 1984. We will not be allowed to express our opinion on things we disagree with. Live in constant fear of our government, and live as slaves.
This may be what you want, but read the Constitution and what it allows. Especially, the first ten amendments called the Bill of Rights. Then do your history and find out what America was founded upon, individual freedom. As for me I will have to go with our forefathers. In the immortal words of Patrick Henry, " I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"

I don't like the anti-war protesters, I don't agree with them, but no (unless they're being violent or vandals) I do not want to see them arrested - they very freedoms they are exercising is what we're fighting for, what's the point of fighting if that freedom isn't there?
