HHH for def.He's had to take on Stone Cold in his prime & in hardcore matches as well.He's faced The Rock, Mick Foley, Goldberg, Brock Lesnar,Chris Jericho, Christian,Kurt Angle to name a few.
Some of these have been no-DQ matches, the famous Elimination chamber match Hell in a Cell matches even a streetfight v Foley.The other guys are worthy champs but HHH earned it the hard way.

Shawn Micheals because he is a throwback compared to Cena and H. Shawn was around when Bret Hart was there, while Cena didn't exist and H was just climbing the ranks. Shawn is old and that makes it difficult to perform considering aching bones and everyone he wrestles is younger. Although wrestling is fake, it takes alot to put on such a show

I think it is Triple H. He had to face guys like Stone Cold, The Rock, The Undertaker, Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, RVD, Kane, Goldberg, Shawn Michaels etc. Shawn Michaels had to face Bret Hart, Stone Cold, Sid, Vader, RVD, Undertaker, Triple H and that was it.

Id say John Cena since hes had to face people like Umaga everybody wants that title right now and Cena has faced some pretty tough compition and has won to keep his title

I'd say Triple H since Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock were still around during afew of his early title reigns and he had to prove himself more since he's married to the boss's daughter

I mean he had to face Umaga
He had to go against Edge in a Ladder Match in which Edge had never lost at that time and John had never been in one
He has some big challenges

As wrestling is fixed anyhow, all the bouts are choreographed..it does'nt make any difference.
