From Minneapolis to Montego Bay direct would be about 4 1/2 to 5 hours depending on the jetstream. If you have stops you have to add additional time for layovers, but the flight time will be about the same unless you have to take a completely screwy route like Minneapolis to Dallas/Fort Worth to Montego Bay or something like that.

Someone answered 12 hours. That is absolutely absurd, considering a 3,000 mile trip from PA to OR takes only about 6 hours.
