that not all ppl can speak fluently english outta there??
i mean they come from a foreign country with another language and cannot speak english fluently as we natives can.
what annoys me is the answer many natives give'' go to any school nearby to learn english first''

It's even more sad that natives of this country can not speak English properly.

i think like it wen ppl come from another country and speak wit an accent wen they begin speakin english and idt it's annoying wen they r told they should learn english bcuz most ppl speak it here so it's only helpin them wen they're gettin a job or sumthing!

It's annoying they can't speak English halfway decently.
Especially the fools that do live in America!!!!
