Yep. And by having it sucked. And by having vaginal sex with a woman. Or having anal sex with a man. Or sharing needles.

Bottom line: Wrap it up.

Hmm then here comes your no, but answear.

No you can not get HIV by sucking dick, it was one of the first hurtles(the questions) I had to over come w/ an HIV partner. The only possibly way you can get HIV from sucking dick is if he ejaculates in your mouth and you have an open sore or your gums bleed and currently are bleeding. and When this happens the ejaculate that is carring the HIV is transmitted to blood stream.

Also avoid, blood to blood contact, ALWAYS use protection when having sex, espically if hes the top, but you should use it always no matter what.

HIV transmission is from bodily fluid contact. If there is an open sore in your mouth and the other person has HIV, then theoretically, yes.

Yes, there is a risk. Assuming the other person has HIV. That's why condoms are recommended even for oral sex.

HIV is spread through bodily fluids, especially blood and sexual fluids (including ejaculate, of course). So...Yes, you can get HIV from oral sex, regardless of the gender or sexual preferences of the people involved.
