IE 7 already comes with Windows Vista, and if you're using a Vista computer right now you're definitely using IE 7 to surf.. Microsoft has made it a free download for Windows XP..

I am pretty sure that you already have it installed. Double check your verison by opening IE and clicking on help and about IE. This will tell you which verison you have.
If for some reason you do not have IE7 then yes you can download it for Vista.

Choose windows XP, it should work fine! IE 7.0 is made for Vista so it should work fine.

Vista already contains IE7 as standard. That's probably why it doesn't give it as an option.
