Yes, the N75 is a smartphone running on one of the best software, Symbian OS 9.1. It is a good smartphone.

uhm... cellphones are now thinning the boundary between them and smartphones... a smartphone is basically a device that has the features of both a phone and a PDA... (ex. blackberry)... the Nokia N-series (N75) are technically just a phone but has the capacity to do some things that a smartphone can do because of its advance features... some phones one the N-series has a built-in WiFi and a very good camera which other smartphones dont have... so its really a matter of what the company calls it and it just happens that they dont qualify it as a smartphone...

its actually just like all N series, almost same features upgraded so yes it should b a smartphone
