Anything with a good beat that keeps me up & that I can sing too. No slow music or emotional music. Always upbeat, always funky & always good. That way I have fun while I'm driving. And if I'm by myself I always put in the punk music I love that I can't listen to with any of my friends. Or I like putting in my guilty pleasure music when I'm alone aka Kelly Clarkson, JT, Fergie & Gwen.

I listen to music that is really fun. Some good stuff to listen to (and if you have not heard it, try it!):
Put Your Records On by Corrine Bailey Rae
Rapid Roy by Jim Croce
Hound Dog by Elvis
Yellow Submarine by The Beatles
Love Shack by B52s

Just about everything in my collection. I like to make mixed Cd's before going on a long road trip. That way I can get a taste of everything I own. (By the way, my music mostly consists of heavy metal).

All kinds... But I remember years back when I took a road trip from IL to FL and listened to my Destiny's Child "Survivor" CD all the way there and back (that's about 44 hours all together).

You've got to put together a good mix of various types of music, from soft instrumental, to good old fashioned rock and roll. If you vary it up, the time will fly by.

Don't ask me why, but Paul Simon... His music makes me want to drive fast. Especially Diamonds on the soles of her shoes and Kodacrome.

Love it!
