I don't people think that I'm acually a little insane, but I think the best way to keep sane is not to keep everything in, let it out and talk to people.

It varies from day to day...
Sometimes beating on a punching bag does it for me while other days, just seeing a smile on one of my children's face does it.
I would suggest you do a short inventory count of positive things around you. I think you will find that you have alot going for your self. It can be a simple list, you can even include material things.
example:
1) you have a computer
2) you have electricity
3) your literate
There's lots of people that don't even have those things.
