Most bibliographic citations I have seen do not include the author's titles. It's usually last name, first & middle initial i.e:
Public, JQ (for John Q. Public.) At least this is what is used for scientific publications.

Where's the title? A title is: John D. Smith, Jr., Director of Finances.
