I believe that beating up a blind man would be the most morally wrong thing to do cause there is no way he can defend himself at least the guy in the wheel chair can tell who is robbing him

Both would be morally wrong...you can't hand out %'s of disability?! What would you have it be ????
1)blind man 56% disability
2)man in wheelchair 42% disability
shall I stop there? Understand? I am hearing impaired and have a terminal illness....what percentage should I get? 68%
silly.....

Definitely the blind guy - he'd not be able to see it coming, the wheelchair user still has a chance of nutting you in the nads and wheeling off, or something.

Robbing the wheel chair guy is a bit worse. You know their are blind Kung Fu masters so be careful brother. I will do both later today and let you know which I feel worse about, as long as I get away with it.

You should never try to rob anybody in a wheelchair. If you are able bodied then then you should rob them on your own two feet, instead of laying suspicion on genuine wheelchair users.
