I am a Physical education teacher and also a music man I want to make a travel to france but I am in big debts I have to gather U.S.$4000. to make my plan work but I don't know what can I do to get' em in 4 months I know how to do several things but the payment is so few and I really want to make that travel

First set up a budget. If you are in debt, it is probably because your spending exceeds your income. Figure out where all your money is going, and then tighten it and spend on only what you need. Start paying off your debts. Travelling to France is great, but your debts are first priority. Once the only debt you have left is maybe a mortgage or car payments, then start putting your money in savings for your travel.

Yes you want to travel, but you are in debt, traveling will in essence make you more in debt at this point. My advice is to get out of debt or only do this when you actually can afford to do so.
