i'm doing a school prject on PepsiCo. I want to know what are the objectives for PepsiCo because I can't seem to find them myself

That's a big question because Pepsi has several disparate lines of business. You really need to look at each segment separately. But broadly, I would say their objectives are probably to leverage their brands on a global scale and continue to roll out their distribution platform to international markets.

Interesting thing about Pepsi is that the domestic carbonated beverage industry that Americans tend to think of as the focus of the company is really almost a a secondary concern. The growth drivers for the company are the Frito Lay brand and international distribution. Pepsi is excelling at getting their products into developing markets in quantities and at price points that are accessible to the locals. They are developing distribution networks and building the capacity to generate the inputs locally rather than relying on bulky international distribution.

My opnion is that to many companies have over done it with water production. What happened to just plain ol water? Now they add calories, corn syrup for sweetner, food coloring we get that from other foods that we eat, we sure don't need it in our water. Plain ol tap water is the way to go.
