Making money off war isn't a crime, it's just morally reprehensible. Making war in order to profit from that war, now THAT'S a crime. Damn Halliburton.

If making money off a war was a crime - we would never have come out of the depression! If you were the manufacturers of tires for jeeps and the military demanded those tires at below cost - you would be outraged!
