Call child protection services or have someone else call and report this, nobody here can help what is your lawyer doing? he/she should put an emergency to the courts for the welfare of the children if they are living in a drug house.

Since you absolutely cannot trust this man with your children, you need to get them out of there. If he is mentally abusing them, dealing drugs in front of them, and otherwise setting a bad example as an unfit parent, the courts should take the children to a safer environment. I think the only reason that the courts will not grant you full custody of your children is because you cannot prove that they will be better off with you, however I still believe that he poses more danger to the children than you ever will. If you are scared for the safety of your children, then get them out! No one can avoid the law forever, so all you have to do is offer sufficient evidence that he is not the "best choice" for your children. Hope you and your children are safe. Good luck!
