A few nights ago I had 2 nightmares. The 1st one made me wake up screaming and crying (3:50am) When I went back to sleep I had another nightmare that was much worse and I woke up the same way about 2 hours later. The other night I had 2 other nightmares. The 1st one also made me wake up the same way at the same time (3:50am). Now that could just be a coincidence but it's really wierd. The 2nd one was a couple hours later and this one I will go into detail a little bit--I was in my car driving and I heard hard tapping at my windshield but I didn't see anyone. Then I saw a hand and I woke up. When I woke up someone was outside tapping and throwing things at my window (6am). I was afraid to look outside cuz it was really dark, but when I did all I saw was someones hand. They ran off when I went outside. I don't know who it was. Nobody I know would do that. They would have called me or admit to it when I asked them about it. Anyone have an explanation? I need to get some sleep! Please!?

Just so you know, there is always somethings bothering me. I worry way too much. I always have. But why am I having these nightmares now? I don't know. I am so confused. I know a little bit about the psychological explanations but I can't seem to figure this out. I'm afraid to sleep. My nightmares are very vivid and I always remember them. Sometimes I let them control my life because I live in fear of the things I dream of. This is driving me crazy. My subconsious is really getting to me.

Does she have a night easy? now and returned it helps, if she wakes at night, that she will go searching and notice each little thing is so as in her room. That used to help me as a baby. in case you have a puppy, allowing the puppy to sleep in her room would additionally help. Which place does she sleep in? Sleep positions tend to electrify our objectives. If she many times sleeps in a undeniable place while having nightmares, attempt and turn her around for a different place once you place her back to sleep. i don't comprehend if a three year old already can do this: help her to take value of her objectives the two by ability of praying or by ability of addressing the frightening dream figures in a technique that makes them much less threatening. As occasion, as a youthful grownup I used to get now and returned frightening objectives, which I made much less frightening by ability of asking the dream monsters no rely if or no longer they knew Jesus, as quickly as i became evangelizing them i ended being fearful of them. There may be some thing age sufficient like offering the dream monster a glass milk.

Sounds like anxiety dreams to me. Are you worried about anything in particular? Also, what are you eating before you go to bed? Cheese makes some people have nightmares! Try a warm milky drink before bedtime. Might help.
