if it is.. then her husband should be in jail... he gave out the info at 1 year before colin powells aide did...

also she introduced herself as an employee of the CIA to many people before W took office...
that is why libby was convicted for giving the wrong date and nothing more... look at the conviction... if they had anything then the democrat attorney would have jailed him for something other than giving the wrong... DAy and time....and nothing to do with... outting a cia agent..wonder why.. since it was a democrat that was looking into the case and he had all the power he wanted.

The Law regarding Treason is well laid out. The laws for outting a CIA person is also laid out in Federal Law. In the recent case that made headlines the CIA operative was NOT covert. No laws were broken as written. Her telling every friend of hers was more of a crime although she will not be charged.

No, it is not. Unless you want to punish her (I assume you're talking about Valerie Plame) husband for it, which I'm sure you don't. You're just trying to blame Bush.
Besides, it's not treason if the CIA agent was not covert at the time. Plame was NOT covert at the time.
