I think Ciarra would be fine. The singer pronounces it Sierra doesn't she?
How about Cierra?

Sierra and Ciara are pronounced the same way. Syara, or Siara, I guess could be alternate spellings, but I just made those up off the top of my head, so I don't know if you'll like them. Or Cyera...

I read somewhere that the tendency of midwest names like Dakota and Sierra (Sierra Madre mountains go from Colorado down to Central America) are being replaced by more European versions like Sienna (Sienne river) and Milan (altho I didn't care for the Milan part) bu you could consider that option.

Keer-ah is from Carah// Ciara is pretty obvious that it isn't Keer-ah

The best alternative for Sierra Is Ciara... but instead of see-air-uh its more see-are-uh. But I still think it's beautiful.

Why Sierra?? It means range of mountains, like Sierra Nevada, Sierra Madre. To me it sounds horrible for a girl!! Why don't you just call her Sarah, or Ciara.

Or Seara - in my language, Portuguese, it means "corn or wheat field", it's also geomorphological as Sierra, but the sound is much smoother. besides, Seara in Polish and Romanian means Evening. Much poetic!... :-)

My daughter's name is Sierra :) I've seen it spelled Cierra and Ciera, although I prefer Sierra...and her name is never mispronounced.
