Portland could use one. Oregon needs some kind of attraction....I'm not sure where else could use one actually...maybe some place in Nevada...

Salt Lake City. Believe it or not the people from Utah are passionate about their sports, football being of those sports they salivate over (BYU, Utah State). They would sell out every year and have a very intense fan base. Tail gating may be a bit of a bore with limited alcohol consumption but it would be a good place to take the kids to watch a game.
LA is not a good place for a team. Nobody wants to make the drive to the coliseum to watch a game. It would just end up folding again unless they stuck the team in Orange County.

Unless you mean moving a team, than no one. We don't need to add another one because the set up is perfect. 32 teams, 16 a conference, and 4 to a division. Stop saying Los Angeles, they had THREE teams, and did not support them, Chargers for a bit, Rams, and the Raiders. If the people there don't care, why do people insist on giving them one.
And Vegas will NEVER really have a professional team. They were having a discussion on the radio a couple of weeks ago, and this reporter who was covering the NBA All-Star weekend said that when people were betting on the All-Star game, they could only bet on things such as, what the final score would be, what player would score the most points, which team would score first, but the ONLY thing they couldn't bet on was the actual outcome of the game being who would win. That is the reason that Vegas will never have a professional sports team is because you couldn't bet on that team.
Cheers!

I don't think there is any city in the US that needs an NFL team...especially LA.
LA had the Raiders and the Rams and they failed to support both teams. What would be any different now if they gained an expansion franchise or had another team relocate?
LA does not deserve an NFL team, no matter how big their market is.

San Antonio... One of the top 10 or so cities and population and they only have a pro basketball team? There's enough outlying desert area to build a football or baseball stadium and draw a good fan base.

Maybe Grand Rapids, Michiagn first? Maybe also Key West, FL? that'll be great. OOH Also L.A., Calfornia could be a good place. I really don't know. All the cities i think of already have teams. Thats a really good question.

First, whoever said Oakland didn't have a team is an idiot. Ever heard of the raiders?
Second, L A has had three teams fail there, Chargers, Rams, and Raiders. LA doesn't like football.
Hartford would be a great spot for a team. CT has plenty of football fans and are divided by Pats, Jets, and Giants.
