Boast about your skills, the ones that they do not see on the resume.

If you have CAD experience, talk about that.

Keep it short and simple. Engineers don't like flowery monologues.

When they ask "Why do you want to work here" respond by saying something like "From the research that I've done on this company, this will be a great fit for me and my future goals."

Best of luck!

When they ask and they probably will, "Why should I hire you and not someone Else?" Tell them something like, Well there isn't much I can say that someone Else wont say, but I can tell you I am a hard worker a Team player, you will probley hear that from the others as well, but .......explain who you are, your work ethics, your personality. What you answer on that question alot of times will be what gets you hired or not. Relax, have fun with it, most employers are looking for someone upbeat, try to stay at the same excitement level as the one interviewing you, if they are not that excited stay a level above them. Remember they are problay seeing how well you do. And they may be getting tired of holding interviews. Good Luck

Relax, be yourself and focus on the questions they ask you. If you do not know the answer right away, say something like, "That's a good question, let me think about that for a moment". They want to see that you take each question and aren't just rolling any answer you think they want to hear; but that you genuinely think about it and want to give it the consideration it deserves. I think they respect that more. Smile, be attentive and find a rapport with your interviewer to put both of you at ease. Good luck!
