I am from Yemen and I had just recently moved here. I signed my daughter up for something called girl scouts and she keeps bringing home these sugar treats but I dont want to buy any. So I told her to go ask the people next to us to buy some and she came back complaining that the man next store touched her wrong and she was crying but he didnt care. This isnt normal in my old country is this normal and I dont know if im explaining this right becuase I dont know if im using this english language right.

I have a feeling that this question is a "fake" question and that you are making fun of Girl Scout cookie sales with it.
I doubt that you are from Yemen because if you were, you would not just tell your daughter to "go ask the people next to us to buy some", you would have either gone with your daughter or not allowed her to go. I've spent 8 1/2 years living in Muslim countries and I have never encountered a Muslim father who would be so cavalier in his protection of his daughter.
Girl Scout cookie sales are voluntary and not every girl sells. To sell, the parents of girls are given information about the sales program and must sign that they give their permission. In addiiton, girls are given safety training within their troop and are repeatedly told that they are not to sell alone nor enter the homes of customers. If your daughter was truly in Girl Scouts and selling cookies, both you and she would know how to keep her safe while selling cookies.

It sounds as if your neighbor touched your daughter in a manner that is wrong. You should go to the police and report it. Pay attention to your daughter and watch this man because he might hurt you child.

I myself have been in this situation, call the police they will get to the bottom of it, also they would provide her with her own personal officer and councilling if she wanted.
its a horribe situation to be in, however, cal the poice right now........ dont wait! she will hate you when she's older if you do ignore it.

You are doing good in english language. and no it is not normal for your neighbor to be touching your daughter. I would go there and tell him to keep his hands off your child. or you will report him to the police. good luck.

that's not being strange she's a victim of child molestation and trust me that's not good for someone her age because it will come back and huant her for the rest of her life!!

if you child tell you that someone touched her wrong then you need to confront him about and see what he have to say about what your child has said she can be telling you the Truth

take her down to the police station so that she can explain what happened to them and they can take further action in the matter....
