I ALWAYS have breakfast, usually oatmeal with fruit, or yogurt with fruit or just toasted whole grain bread with a little peanut butter but I never skip it! Lunch is usually a 'shake' and then dinner is light for me, small portions and always add a salad. I also eat small snacks during the day in between meals like almonds, fruit, whole grain crackers, etc. It keeps my metabolism going and my blood sugar in check! I also drink 6 - 16.9 oz bottles of water daily. I feel good eating this way, never overly full, a lot of energy and stamina plus my weight stays down! Works for me =)

well its 12:05 AM in here and im gonna sleep maybe 2:30....then i usually wake up at 11:45 and ...eat lunch at 4:30 pm....and eat dinner at 11 pm........
