I'm looking for the specific website promoted by this campaign. Also do you know the official website for Las Vegas?

The very successful TV ad campaign you're talking about promotes the Official Las Vegas Tourism website, www.visitlasvegas.com, which is sponsored by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. These guys have a wicked sense of humor -- as well as the "What Happens Here, Stays Here" campaign you mentioned, they're also responsible for the "Be Anyone" feature, which creates a Vegas-specific identity to be used during your stay in Sin City (you can even print faux business cards!) and the Alibi Kit, which generates a believable excuse for whatever debauched behavior you might have been up to the night before. You can find both of those on that same site -- they're certainly worth checking out!
