No one believed that I was pregnant until I was a good 6 or 7 months along since I didn't show till then. I felt like I was sticking out really early on, but if you think about how big the baby is at seven weeks (less than an inch usually) it seems unlikely that its a baby bump already.

Its probably because you are eating a lot, that's what happened to me. I gained 15 pounds in the first 20 weeks because I was so hungry, but then my weight gain slowed down a lot at the end. Because of that though I had a little fat bump in the beginning.

Also, when you find out your pregnant you tend to push your tummy out because you want others to see what your so happy about!

There are so many factors that it's hard to say.

With the first pregnancy, you don't start showing much until later on, usually around 3 months or so.

A lot does depend on your body type too.

I didn't have any nausea w/ my pregnancy and was starving during the entire pregnancy (even early). I thought for sure I was having twins, lol. It just turned out that I was pregnant w/ one precious baby boy though.

Anything is possible. Good luck and congratulations!!!

I showed nearly immediately as well.
Understand it is purely an increase in blood in the uterus and not actually baby u r seeing, but pooching out was immediate for me as well.
I think it just depends on the individual. I had friends who some didnt show until close to 7 months. Thats when my mom said I would start to show. She was wrong. I was out of my normal pants by month 4.
So, endulge and enjoy the blessed event that is about to take place. Pregnancy is absolutely amazing and a true blessing.
Good luck and congrats hun!!!!

Regardless of what everyone says, each woman will show at different times. Since you admit to eating a whole lot, you may be a little bloated from eating a lot more. You may have a little pooch, but slow down because you sill have 6+ months more to go. At that rate, you'll be over 200 lbs. I know - I gained over 70 lbs with my first son and thankfully, I lost it all! You're fine, just don't over do it too much so early on. Have fun and have a healthy pregnancy!

Hey that may be the effect of you eating more... also in the beggining that early on they say it's from gas. I am 13.1 weeks and noticed my pants are a bit snug, my lower abdomen is hard. But no belly bump yet... all depends I think though if you go to baby-gaga.com and check out communities and go to photo shop and look at belly pics, many girls post their bellys at all different times!! Good luck with you pregnancy!

Well at least for me (being tall myself) at 11 weeks I'm not showing at all. My belly is a little solid but it's not noticable. My doctor said generally women don't start to really show until four or five months when you kind of just pop but I would guess it's different for everyone. :)

Congrats!

I started showing a lot @ 15 weeks. I first got the tummy and its just now starting to get tight @ 24 weeks.
I started wearing maternity tops @ 15 weeks so people would know its BABY and I'm not just getting fat! :)

congrats on the baby! good luck! God bless!

it all depends on you! I started to really show around 6 months i was 150lbs w/ some belly! LOL, and i have a really long torso! theres a lotta room there just like my mom....my boyfriends sister is also pregnate and she weighs abou 175 or so and she is already showing and has been since about 5 months!! she is just as big as me and i am due anytime and shes not due till the end of june!! so it all depends on you and ur boby type......but ur mom is also a good indicator if she is built like you!! good luck!!

Honestly your probably bloated..kind of like women get before a period. I know when I was pregnant I looked like I was showing too but then a week later it was gone!! If this is your first baby it can be 4-6 months before you really have a baby bump! Good Luck with your baby!
