Absolutely not. If it were all advertisements would be banned as well as all churches and most schools.

I think brainwashing is promoted in the Corporate States of America...how else could so many people in America believe that this country is Number 1 in the world and constantly have the insatible desire to buy things they can't afford? If brain washing were against the law, Americans wouldn't be so fat and so many wouldn't be filing bankruptcy and losing their houses and cars.

Nope...brainwashing is a way of life in the U.S.A. We wouldn't know what to do without it as people would be forced to think for themselves and that would be unacceptable!!!

It is in some countries... Muslim countries will prosecute you if you try to "brainwash" any person into becoming a Christian.

"Brainwashing" is not a crime in the U.S.A.....yet. The far left, politically correct 'police' would want to make a law against anyone who doesn't "toe the line" with their agenda.

No. individuals are loose to have faith besides the fact that they desire. rather any theory a guy or woman has is "brainwashing" besides...and if a guy or woman can convince you their ideals are greater effective they only brainwashed you.

i don't think so but the actions or reactions of the brainwashed person is another thing. but, personally i would say it is anti-human rights.

No, because it's the person who has allowed themselves to be brainwashed who is at fault.

I'm sure it would be if it could be substantially proven, but in fact, most "brain washing" is just highly-effective peer pressure.
