Someone I know swears up and down on this. But I have not heard it anywhere else. I've looked it up and found nothing. Is there any truth at all here?

He studied law in Cairo. But I doubt the University of Virginia has a satellite campus there. :)

Saddam Hussein never set foot in the USA. There may have been someone with a similar name, but THE Saddam Hussein was never here.

Extremely doubtful. He was about 23 before accomplishing a high school education then whatever higher education was acquired in Egypt.

No he was a dictator. He couldnt leave his country or there would have been a revolution and he would have been out of power.
