Well, what is western culture? If it is consumption, then yes, all people are guilty. Capitalism is destroying the 'western' culture. Justice, equality etc are no longer the values the US exports to other parts, but coca cola and burgers are becoming the hallmark of 'western civilization'.

There is definitely still a strong sense of culture among people. It's the Americans (the descendants of the pilgrims) who, to me, have to no real "culture". People are still very proud of their heritage. I know I am.

It is true in my case my dad is Asian, my mom, German & Native American, & African American... I know very little of each.
