Wendy's Value menu is by far the best in the buisness. The burgers you order from the value menu have real cheese, real bacon, real lettuce, onion, tomato, mayo, and are made FRESH. They haven't been sitting under an infrared light for 30 min. I'm a 6'4" 190lb 20y/o and I can get full from wendy's for under $5. They also have those new $2.99 value combos. The fact that you get better condiments on the $1 burger from Wendy's than you do on the $4 burger from McDonalds is simple proof that you get more for your money.
Not to mention the salads, baked potatoes, chili, nuggets, fries, frosties, beverages, etc.. that are on the value menu at Wendy's. They are hands down the best value. I know you wanted "cheapest" but I think value still should come into play. You could eat grass outside for free, but you wouldn't want to eat it.

Wendy's! I can buy a small chili (their chili is very healthy--and hopefully you know that the severed finger in the chili was just a scam by some low down con artists), Ceasar Salad and small Frosty (now in vanilla or chocolate:) for just over $3. I'm a big guy with a big appetite and this fills me up and is quite healthy too!
