No, It was the homeless guy. Did you see the part where he gives the lady the scratch off ticket. Well, she scratch it off to see if she had won and she had but only 25.00. The homeless guy thought that it was for one million dollars and just like she promise him that she would split the winnings with him she did, but when she gave him 12.50 he thought she was trying to cheap him out of the money. He was kind of not really there if you know what I mean. He kept talking about winning all of this money so that he could go back home to his family. His son was a grown man but he kept thinking that he was still a kid. So he got upset and killed her because he thought that she just kept all of the money for herself.

No, the homeless man Hopper did.
His scratch ticket was a $25 dollar winner, she gave him half but he thought she was cheating him. He thought it was a million / he's mentally challanged some how.

the homeless guy did it. but i love that show especially since it's set in PHILLY. only the exterior shots are actually shot there they film in cali,but i like how they show the characters then and now and the way they only showcase the music from that era is a plus too. this show rocks.

no, it was the homeless man who she was going to split the lottery ticket winnings with. the ticket was worth 25 dollars and she went to give him his share but he thought she was ripping him off. he thought the ticket was worth a million dollars.
