I would have to go with the John Deer. They seem to be becoming the mower of choice now.
An important thing to check out on EVERY mower is .. how much can I raise the blades and still CUT grass. I see my neighbors hitting everything and spending time at the blade man's house and the repair garage. It will mean the difference between a nice summer and an aggravting one.
One nasty hit on a tree root can send you cursing to the garage for repairs.
The high lift for the blades is beneficial in other ways. While my neighbor's yards look so neat and closely clipped in the spring, they lose their good looks in summer because they turn brown. My yard, mowed with the raised blades is lush and green in comparison.. and I DON'T water my yard.

I bought a cheapo Sears Craftsman. It lasted 12 years and I never so much as changed the spark plug. It was good value for the money. At 89.00 sale item.

From your choices... honestly, I'd rather go to home depot or walmart and buy a new one for around a hundred or two bucks and if it lasts half as long as those you are thinking about it is still money ahead
