I had a total Hysterectomy at age 37. I took estrogen for awhile, but had to stop. I had the same problem as you. I found two products that helped. One is a cream called Jointflex that you can buy OTC. It took several months with religious applications, but my joints gradually improved. The other is a topical herbal estrogen cream that is applied and absorbed through the skin. You can get it at health food stores. You may need to take some Premarin to get you over the initial rough spots. Talk to you OB-GYN. Good luck.
