My neighbour fixed it the last time, but with the gale force winds it has blown down again. Any suggestion on how to fix it for good.

Apart from replacing it with a more sturdy fence, you will have to continue repair and renewal. However, if you and your neighbour are on good terms you could go halves and put some restraint straps on the leeward side of the fence, that is, on the opposite side of the fence to the prevailing wind.
Won't cost a fortune but might just be a little unsightly unless you paint/stain them the same colour as the fence

Buy some metallic angle posts. Drive it in the ground at the boundary between the properties. Fasten the trellis to it by screws and nuts.

No...I definitely have a number of on my porch & a pair in my again backyard. To me, they are very calming & i love to hearken to them. It replaced into 4 tiers right here very last evening & windy. With the doors & living house windows closed...you won't be able to even listen them. it really is a tremendous purchase more advantageous powerful than a automobile occurring the line with the radio blasting so loud the living house windows in the living house vibrate. i am going to stick with my wind Chimes.

I would check the title deeds to see who is repsonsible for this boundary. It will be either you or your neighbour and whoever owns the boundary should be responsible for the cost of repairs.

Your neighbor is a dufus. I think you should take matters into your own hands and fix it correctly, then let him thank you for it.
