what should me and my friends do for spring break?

were ages 17-21 and live in utah and we can go any where on the west side of the country but we dont have alot of money to go crazy with but enough to have fun with just no clue what to do

Go to Cancun! You can party, there is cheap living hostel enviroments and tons of young people. You could drive if you live in utah!
