Well, you would need a real estate license and a contractors license. It depends on all you want to do. A business degree would help the most but other than that you just need the proper licenses that don't require a degree, just a certificate.

hire or no hire the owner can't be made homeless, he's entitled to stay in his property. i'm surprised you think of that it incredibly is okay to make somebody homeless, yet to no longer have a renter vacate the premises. the youngsters have not have been given any effect on the home proprietors correct to stay of their property. you probably did no longer state the place it incredibly is. In maximum states the owner has to furnish them 30 days to locate a clean place (a marvelous type of time), yet CA (my state) provides them 60 days because of the long term apartment. that is not any longer the landlords place in existence to shelter and help toddlers who're no longer his. he isn't a jerk for no longer doing this. those childrens have 2 mum and dad who can shelter their hobbies. the father would have desperate that working isn't the existence type he needs, yet that's no longer the landlords concern the two. The posters pointing out that the owner has to attend until eventually the hire expires are ineffective incorrect. The hire is void by ability of regulation if the owner, or a "close relative" of the owner (courts many times restriction to toddlers and fogeys) needs to stay interior the valuables.

Urban planning is helpful. Or architecture. Or engineering. It all depends on what field you're interested in.
