No doubt, Epcot. Sea World is nice but epcot is the best and just think there are so many seaworlds all over the place and only 2 epcots. You will have a blast I just got back from Florida and it was great I am 31 years old, but if what you like is sitting and shows then go to seaworld. Hope this helps. To tell you the truth there is nothing like Universal Studios. You will Have a Blast and dont forget to purchase the espress pass it is worth it.

I highly recommend Epcot for your group! A great park for all ages but especially for adults. And dont forget to wrap up your exciting day at Epcot with the amazing Illuminations: Reflections of the Earth firework show in the center lagoon. Take this to consideration: Sea World olny has around 4 rides and almost all the shows are the same. there are many rides at epcot but not as wild as the roller coaster Kraken found at sea world. It depends on you, if you like rollercoasters and like sea animals then go to Sea World but if you want to have some nice time in some "good" rides then go to Epcot.
ps: most of the disney rides are for teenagers or little kids, not for thrill-seakers.

Epcot is fun for all ages. Its interesting and the rides are fun also.
Sea World is okay, but once you see one show they are pretty much the same.
I recommend Epcot Center.

I will say: Seaworld is everywhere (CA, TX, and some other countries) but Epcot is only 1.
So , my suggestion is :Go to Epcot !
Bring a lot of money to eat, there are a lot of goo restaurants in every "country" in Epcot
