yes it is because of their short nasal passage, my little one sounds like the Tasmanian devil when she walks and the older one has these episodes where she sounds like she is having trouble breathing and I just tell her to calm down and she goes back to normal, they snort and hiss all the time. that was a problem whe I was raising the newborns a lot of times they will choke on their milk because of this, they always say an English Bulldog is a high maintenance dog.

I have a boxer and he does a lot of snoring. A friend of mine had an English bulldog and he also did a lot of snoring but even when he wasn't sleeping he had a noisy way of breathing. My friends vet said that it was because of the shape of their nose so just get used to it.

Yes it is. These dogs due to the form of there face have breathing problems....

yes abd they are loaded with conformational and medical problems.
