We all know that the Suns will beat Denver in a 7 game series. Denver just doe not have enough fire power to run with Phoenix night in and night out. Don't let Saturday's game fool you. The Spurs loss to the Celtics over the weekend so does that mean that the Celtics can give them a run in a series? No. Phoenix has not looked good since the win over Dallas but they are still an elite team in the NBA. The Nuggets have two great players bu they are not an elite team and would not take a series from the Suns because the regular season and the playoffs are two different things. Suns 4-2. You have to think about the home court advantage as well.

This series would be a huge one and a tough one for phoenix because the nuggets match up quite well against phoenix. With the addition of Iverson and pass first point guard Steve Blake it makes the Nuggets much more lethal to play the run and gun style with the Suns. Another scary thing for the top seeded Suns would be the size that Denver has. Nene and Camby are both great defenders and if they ever were to get in foul trouble they got a nice solid bench player in Kleiza who could play the post if the suns go small ball. But i go back and forth on this matchup and just because Phoenix has been a team together without to many additions or injury losses, i'm going with Phoenix in a full 7 games....the Suns run and gun is what they're used to doing night in and night out, Denver could get worn down. But another small aspect of the game would have to be the altitude in Denver, a clear advantage for Denver but the Suns are used to going against plenty of odds. I'm goin with Phoenix....

People are wrong when they say the Nuggets can't match up against the Suns. They're probably one of the few teams that could match the Suns in terms of talent and depth. Though I agree the Nuggets got some more internal issues to figure out before they could be considered a great team in the West. Nonetheless, come playoff time, its really unpredictable.
Iverson vs. Nash, J.R. Smith vs Raja Bell, Melo vs Marion, Nene vs Diaw, and Camby vs. Amare. I don't really see a "BIG" overmatch from the Suns team as for starting lineup. As we all know, as great as the Suns are, they're not going all the way. People get tricked into this Nash-team superiority problem...
In addition, D'Shoe #9 doesn't know what he's talking about.
If it happens, Denver in 7.

Phoenix Suns.
Because the Suns have more talented players at key positions. (EX: Amare Stoudamire v. Nene) (Boris Diaw v. J.R. Smith), ect. Not only that, Allen Iverson & Carmelo Anonthy both are going to want to 'take the series' over. Imagine- this is the first playoff series for Iverson in forever.
He's going to try to take the series over, and the two worlds are going to clash. It will be / would be extremely interesting. As of right now they are in the 7th seed so it could happen. It'd be a game of running.
Fourtanetly for Sun fans, I think the Suns would indeed win.

Denver will win just because they will out score the suns.
Marcus Camby is a defensive mastermind downlow and will stop amare and shawn from cuttin to the basket.Iverson will lock down nash because of his quickness which also gives the advantang in scoring. J.R smith will dunk over barbosa and bell 6 times each and carmelo will prove why he is the nba scoring leader.
Denver in 6

The Suns had a bad game this past wekend against Denver, but when Phoenix has all engines running there is no stopping them. In a 7 game series I expect Phoenix to win.

The Nuggets. Because there is no way that in Basketball you have a team with two super stars ( Melo and The Answer ), and not be able to beat any sluggish Western Team.

The Suns. They have a better all around team. While the tandem of Anthony and Iverson may be one of the best in the league, it will take more than those two to overcome the Suns.

Suns because if Melo or A.I. don't have a great series, they won't have a chance. Suns are better overall, deeper, and play better defense. Nash can have a bad day and a number of people can pick up the slack.
